Technitar Ninja legions decimate the city, completely displacing the populace. Now this city, the scene of Streets of Rage, is teeming with Foot Clan ninjas and even more formidable mutants, including Bebop and Rocksteady. Crank has upgraded to a new flying body, while the Rat King gains support from Shredder's robotic warriors. The plot thickens as the TMNT team is bolstered by Casey Jones and April O'Neil, flaunting their formidable combat prowess. They are all guided by the formidable Hamato Yoshi, now in his mutated rat form, Splinter, due to Shredder's mutagen. This time, the armored turtle knights—Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael, and Michelangelo—boast impressive support. Yet, it's in your hands to decide if their united strength can vanquish the forces of Crank and Oroku Saki.
