This mod is unique. It is not part of the well-known series with a rich history and classic look. Instead, The Rage Hammer is an unusual mix between the Boss Rush and Survival styles as you gradually progress towards victory.
The game is incredibly long. The gameplay lasts about 4 hours and is extremely difficult. This is because the author has included in the game a series of waves composed of bosses and other fighters in huge amounts. They are all maxed out, making them incredibly hard to beat.
However, there is also a new element in the game that can balance the forces to some extent. This is The Rage Hammer. It looks a lot like any warhammer we know, but it hides an extraordinary ability. When one of the players is hit by The Rage Hammer, they are knocked out ice-free with the lightning rod and can no longer be detected. Thus, you can eliminate all your opponents in a very short time. Of course, handling The Rage Hammer is quite difficult, and you will have a hard time holding it in your hands.
Another easy way to beat is to use Mr. X as your plear and load through Blaze's shop, Maximum Gauge. Then you will be able to use the machine gun of Mr. X to eliminate enemies from afar.
